Teens in Transition (TNT) is a 10-week art and life-skills program for youth identified by KCPD School Resource Officers as at-risk for violent behavior. Through art-based activities, participants develop critical skills in team building, communication, conflict resolution, and anger management. The program, designed by Michael Toombs of Storytellers, Inc, creates positive pathways for diverse youth through targeted intervention and skill development.
