Jr. Staff Workforce Program
ArtsTech Junior Staff Workforce Program is a paid, hands-on job training experience for youth and young adults, typically 16 to 24, who are ready to take the next steps in their personal and professional development. This immersive program offers participants meaningful work experience while supporting their long-term career and educational goals.
Through structured assignments and guided support, participants gain valuable skills in areas such as:

Community & Civic Engagement

Youth Leadership
Participant receives a stipend and access to tools and resources such as a FREE laptop or desktop, mentorship, leadership development and community and civic engagement opportunities.

This program is vital part of ArtsTech's mission to empower young people through creativity, technology and workforce training preparing them for not only jobs, but for meaningful roles in their communities.

Current Opportunities Available:

Daytime Junior Staff needed this Fall from Tuesday thru Thursday hours 10am to 2pm ages between 17 to 24 must commitment to 4 months. Must agree to a stipend based pay model.

Junior Staff 10-Week Immersion Program starts Friday, September 19th from 5:00pm to 9pm ages 15 to 19 must be committed to attending 8 out of the 10 weeks. Must agree to a stipend based pay model.
