Jr. Staff Workforce Program

ArtsTech Junior Staff Workforce Program is a transitional stipend based, hands-on job training experience for youth and young adults, typically 16 to 24, who are ready to take the next steps in their personal and professional development. This immersive program opportunity provides participants with meaningful work experience while supporting their long-term career and educational goals. 

 

Through structured assignments and guided support, participants gain valuable skills in areas such as:

• Office Administration

• Event and Facility Support 

• Event Coordination & Design 

• Digital Arts, Animation & Creative Production

• Emerging Technology, IT & Device Refurbishing 

• Community & Civic Engagement

• Leadership 

 

Participant receives a stipend and access to tools and resources such as a FREE laptop or desktop, mentorship, leadership development and community and civic engagement opportunities.
