REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
$250 refundable security deposit is due at the time of application.
RENTAL HOURS
Mon.–Thurs.: 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
Fri.–Sat.: 10:00 AM–1:00 AM
Friday and Saturday events, including vendors and contractors, must be out of the building by 1:30 AM.
(10 Hours Max.)
FOOD + KITCHEN
No cooking or grilling is allowed onsite. Cold food preparation and warming of precooked or catered foods are permitted. Kitchen use requires ArtsTech approval. Propane and kerosene are prohibited.
SECURITY
The renting party must provide approved KCPD off-duty officers for their event when required. Contact ArtsTech for security requirements and current rates.
