Join us as we celebrate the accomplishments of the 2026 Teens in Transition Summer Leadership Program graduates!
Over the past nine weeks, these incredible teens have built leadership skills, explored career opportunities, participated in hands-on learning, and made a positive impact in their community. This celebration honors their hard work, growth, resilience, and dedication.
Family, friends, mentors, and community supporters are invited to help us recognize this special milestone and celebrate the bright futures ahead. Lunch and refreshments will be served.
