I understand that limited equipment is available for release in support of educational service or special needs individuals. I am requesting one of these computers. The computer will be used to access new technology and methods for improving my job skills or to support special needs. I realize the minimal cost covers the expenses of reconditioning the redistributed items. I understand that the computer will be my property and not the property of the school district or referring agency. I agree not to resell the item(s) within one year of purchase; to do so would break the implied agreement with ArtsTech and the program intent. MOST COMPUTERS DO NOT COME WITH CD DRIVES, SOUND CARDS, OR MODEMS [except where noted above]. These items may be added by most computer stores. The original operating system and general word processing programs are reloaded unless you request us not to do so. Some Shareware programs are also loaded. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPER LICENSING OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE. All equipment, after reconditioning, is distributed as is.
