I understand that limited equipment is available for release in support of educational service or special needs individuals. I am requesting one of these computers. The computer will be used to access new technology and methods for improving my job skills or to support special needs. I realize the minimal cost covers the expenses of reconditioning the redistributed items. I understand that the computer will be my property and not the property of the school district or referring agency. I agree not to resell the item(s) within one year of purchase; to do so would break the implied agreement with ArtsTech and the program intent.
